leaves the harbour with 5000 gallons of fuel oil in
its tank, it is easier to optimize the fishing campaign
by knowing the real consumption. Then, the fisherman
can decide whenever he will have to go back. He avoids
the loss of arriving at the harbour with still 1000
gallons in the tank. Finally, the consumption measurement
can be used as an instrument of investigation. Nowadays,
fuel oil surely becomes a trade wealth. Indeed, when
filling a tank with 500 gallons of diesel oil, are
these 500 gallons used for the vehicle…?
